The house is located in the center of Crete in a small and quiet village and its location is not far from wonderful attractions around.
The house is rented for a week so you can create a whole rural Greek experience for yourself.

Location
In a small village called Kallergos in the center of Crete in the vicinity of endless olive trees, lays the perfect home for your next vacation. This is a traditional stone house, part of which was built 200 years ago and some of it 100 years ago. Its agricultural inhabitants abandoned it 40 years ago.
Many characteristics of life in rural areas were found in the house: a well, a wine press for treading grapes, niches for storing wine and olive oil, a wooden fireplace as a heat source, a wood stove for baking bread and cooking, tools, weaving tools, and various accessories for animals. Many of the work and cooking utensils found among the ruins are now displayed throughout the house.
The size of the house is about 120 square meters and it stands on a plot of 1700 square meters.
Olive trees, fruit trees of various species, a vegetable garden, ornamental plants, and a comprehensive herb garden are found all around the house.
The house is in a perfect location in the center of Crete:
70 km from Heraklion airport, 90 km from Chania airport
22 km from Rethymno, 10 km from a wonderful beach, and 5 km from the nearest town, Perama, where you can get whatever you need.
The location of the house is a great starting point for day trips around Crete.
