Booking and Payment
All bookings and payments are made directly with us.
Payments can be transferred to our Greek bank account or via WISE.
You may pay in up to four installments, with the final payment due no later than 60 days before arrival.
The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival, directly to the cleaner.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 60 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount will be retained.
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be retained.
 

Changes

Date changes: Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
Name changes: Free at any time.
 

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
