Is it possible to rent the house for less or more than a week? Is it possible to start the rental on days other than Monday?

Unfortunately, no. We decided to rent for fixed weekly periods, which start and end on Monday. We did this to optimize the rentals year-round, so we can offer you a reasonable price level per night.
The house can of course be rented for two weeks, or three weeks sequentially. In such cases, full cleaning and laundry will be done at the end of each rental week.

Will I need a rental car?

Yes. There is no public transport to the village and no shops and taverns in the village.

How do I get the key to the house?

There is a self-check in / out for the house. The Keys will be in a safe box next to the front Gate door.

Where should I shop?

In Perama, located 5 km from the house, you will find everything. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, communication stores, gas stations, a post office, a bank, and a small hospital.

Where should you eat?

Good taverns can be found in Margarites, Potters Village, 7 km away, and in Panormos, a small seaside town, 11 km away. Great cafes and Gyros can be found in Perama, 5 km away.

Why is there no TV and Netflix in the living room?

This is a decision we made so you can connect more with the environment and the people in the area while on vacation. If you still need a screen, bring your laptop with you and switch to WIFI
